Together, a training plan will be established that will accommodate any limitations with safety as top priority. The first meeting is a thorough evaluation; including, cardio-vascular testing, body mass index analysis, strength and flexibility determination and body fat percentage measurements. Using the measurements and any physical limitations, your personalized fitness plan will be established. Working through personal training sessions, regular check-ins and adjustments, bodyesteem offers continued support and motivation to achieve your wellness goals.
Two years after being severely injured in a car accident, I was in a bad way - overweight and completely out of shape. I wondered if I would ever feel well again.
