Once again, we have celebrated the holidays with our family and friends.
Hopefully, your activities have been satisfying not only for the goodies, but for the family and special people you have been able to share it all with.
Now...comes the hard part...recommitting to the health habits you were using before the holidays began.
My best advice? Don't take too long to get back into your old routine!
With the weather colder and or activity levels generally less, it doesn't take much for the weight to creep on.
Just remember what was working before and get back into it as soon as you can.
